Lol thank you for watching, and that sound design with the timing of everything messing with you was so perfect TBH. hadn't had anything get me in the way that did. It was an awesome game and hope you make more.
This game was short but great fun, the puzzles were confusing yet simple when you realise how to do them. I like forward to see what you guys make next!
It was very interesting because it was a very technical aspect of seeing the game and chatting in the game, and that drove the fear. Towards the end of the game, I was stuck in an atmosphere of fear and almost cried as I played. I thought I was gonna die!
Hey! Planning to play this game for a certain event, could someone please let me know what is the average playtime for this game? Is it above 15-20 mins? Thanks a lot!
Enjoyed the meta narrative with playing a game within a game - the first puzzle had me stumped for a second even though I knew how it worked! Think it ended a little abruptly and would love to see this universe expanded upon (who is the monster, for example - how did the player come across the game in the first instance) but some great world-building and intuitive puzzle design (such as the volume control etc)
Look forward to seeing (and playing) more in the future!
Thank you so much for playing! We've updated the difficulty of the first puzzle since your version. Glad you enjoyed and thank you for the suggestions. Cheers!
I really enjoyed playing the game it has an interesting concept to it. I personally would love to see a series built around it. To have lore and story for why the monster exists and some story on why the game or games are cursed.
I've seen this concept before in Replay (the idea of playing a game within a game) but the execution in this was really good. Great use of audio, specially with the door knocks at the end. Honestly, the only flaw in this is that it is so short, I could easily see this being expanded into a longer game, with the player trying to survive both in its room and in the game they are playing. Really cool little experience, good job dev(s)!
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words Cricket! For what it's worth, the reason why you couldn't hear the rest of the numbers was because there was something in the Volume Control App that you had to go check out to completely sound out the voices, like the hint said. Thanks so much for playing again!!
It was a really amazing game and I appreciate one of the devs explaining a lot of things I initially missed in my playthrough. You can check out the dev's comment on my video but I'd highly recommend playing the game instead of watching a playthrough on it.
Thanks so much again for playing Lemon! I enjoyed watching you play and hope to see you again. Please let us know if there's anything else you'd like to see or had wished to see in the game, any feedback or constructive criticism is welcome :)
The levels of depth this had was great, and I loved the more subtle scares that led up to the big ones and how you worked a 4th wall break into the ending.

The game gave me a serious inception vibe and that's before the 4th wall break. Seriously nice job. Keep it up.
Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/@Levont

I love the twist at the end! Very very interesting game concept!
Thank you Kali :)
I can't pick up this piece of paper no matter how much I click... 😭
Oh no! What platform are you playing on?
Windows.
You have tried walking around it up close right? If you restart the game, does it fix it?
Contact us at nightforgeofficial@gmail.com, we'll try and debug your situation further
I tried being near it, but I still couldn't pick it up!
On the other hand, I restarted the game (I even redownloaded it), and I was able to collect the page!
Interesting. Thanks for letting us know, we'll debug it on our end. :)
Let us know how the rest of the game goes!
¡Muchas gracias por jugar! Espero que lo hayas disfrutado! :)

Flamez! It's nice to see you again :)
What a fantastic gameplay, I'm glad you noticed so many of the subtle things that led up to that 4th wall break. Thanks so much for playing!
Lol but do you really have to know what you were doing to know what happened to you in the game (and maybe real life? 🤫)
Thanks so much for playing man! Really enjoyed watching your gameplay
out now :) check it out!
Awesome man, great gameplay! Don't sweat too much about the first puzzle, chat is there to help you not be too frustrated :)
Again, thank so much for playing! Loved it
